What is your cancellation policy?

 We understand that schedules can change on short notice as do our customers’ needs. We try to be as flexible as possible, but this can cause our technicians to lose valuable jobs. Fees apply to in-home services only. 

What is your rescheduling policy?

 

We understand that your time is valuable and that your schedule can change on short notice. So Simple Support offers a flexible rescheduling policy to meet the needs of our valuable customers and our valuable technicians.

You may reschedule a confirmed in-home appointment up to 3 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge. A $25 service fee will be applied to appointments rescheduled within 3 hours of the appointment time.

How does the no-risk membership guarantee work?

 

Within 1 month of signing up

If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can cancel your plan within 30 days of signing up and receive a refund of any membership dues paid minus any discounts you may have received on services.
